My life with SAAB
As a boy, design and cars fascinated me. Since I come from a SAAB family this brand interested me more than any other. For my final project at Bilder Nordic School of Photography I chose to do a project about SAAB and the small Swedish city, Trollhättan, where all the cars were made. SAAB went bankrupt in December 2011 and 3500 workers lost their jobs.
With my interest for light, architecture and people I chose to photograph a suffering but optimistic city. The final result became a dummy book of 80 pages. Contact for viewing if interested.
“My life with SAAB” was nominated to Nordic Dummy Awards 2012 by Forbundet Frie Fotografer.
The project are under progress.
